The GDPR-law (General Data Protection Regulation)

Your privacy is of great importance and therefore Center for Being, in the person of José-Marie Veenhof, will never share your personal data with others. This will only happen if you have given your explicit permission, for example after a retreat. Your personal data will only be used to keep you informed about the activities of Center for Being and for financial administration. If you wish, you can always send an e-mail with the request to have your personal data removed from the database.

Personal data
Center for Being – a matter of body wisdom, practice of José-Marie Veenhof, processes personal data of people with whom she has or has had a direct relationship, because you use her services and/or because you provide her with this personal data yourself.

Types of personal data

  • Clients: contact information (first and last name, year of birth, email address, phone number, possibly billing address) and possibly photos
  • Interested parties: contact information (first and last name, email address, phone number)
  • Contacts of/Parties worked with: contact information (organization name, first and last name of contact person, visiting address, email address, phone number, billing address) and photos if applicable

Management
Personal data at Center for Being are managed by José-Marie Veenhof herself. Only with the consent of the person concerned will personal data of that person be shared with another person.

Use
The personal data at Center for Being are used for:

  • Communication purposes: information about activities, the newsletter, appointment confirmations. Sending an email to multiple people is always done by putting the recipients’ addresses in the BCC.
  • Financial processing: preparing and mailing invoices and processing payments through bank statements.

Confidentiality, safekeeping and security
Center for Being maintains a duty of confidentiality regarding your personal data. The personal data at Center for Being are stored digitally and are password protected. Retention will take place as long as the person in question does not request to remove them.

Sharing
Center for Being does not share your personal data with third parties without your permission.

The website www.centerforbeing.com does not use cookies and analytics.
